Every day is a challenge and an opportunity.  I live my life with way too much to do and not enough time to pursue all my dreams and goals.  My professional life is mostly centered around nonprofit work, and I'm trying to find ways to marry this work with my passion for yoga, the outdoors and balanced living.

I'm equally at home hiking the Long Trail in Vermont or sampling the fare at a crowded diner in Brooklyn.  I love discovering new music from some far off corner of the globe.  My anti-materialistic impulses seem to stop at the door of every used bookstore in the world.
